Her estranged husband reported her missing on July 30, 2002, but she disappeared four days earlier, on July 26. That’s a significant gap where anything could have happened. This makes me wonder if there are people out there who may have seen or heard something in those four days but didn't connect it to her disappearance.
Rebecca was working hard to turn her life around, despite her struggles, and it's so important we keep focusing on that aspect rather than just her challenges. With her relying on cabs, we can't overlook the possibility that these drivers might have seen her during those days or interacted with someone suspicious.
