I've been following the Tracey Gladys Miller case and can't stop thinking about one peculiar aspect: the lack of forced entry. Considering that there were no signs of a break-in, does anyone think LaRette might have had some way of tricking or coercing his way inside? It's chilling to think that he might have been able to gain her trust somehow. It just goes to show how truly vulnerable Tracey might have felt, which is a thought I can't quite shake. I'm curious if any similar cases involved offenders gaining entry without force. My heart goes out to her family, especially knowing her daughter was there and remained unharmed. This whole situation is just so unsettling on many levels.

I've been reading about the tragic case of Tracey Gladys Miller, and my heart goes out to her family, especially her young daughter who was left to grow up without her mother. The detail that seems to really get to me is that there were no signs of forced entry. It makes me wonder if Tracey knew her killer or if he somehow managed to gain her trust to enter her home. Given that Larette confessed to her murder later on, it's chilling to think about how he might have approached her. It's brave of the community to have persevered through those fearful years when they must have felt so vulnerable, not knowing who was responsible or if they were still in danger. I can’t even imagine the relief mixed with sorrow when the truth finally came out. Anyone else have thoughts or information on how LaRette typically approached his victims? It’s so important to remember Tracey and keep discussing these cases to honor the victims and their families.
