Hey all, I’ve been following the Jose Arruda case, and something's been bugging me. Does anyone know if there was a flight plan filed for his journey to Brazil? I’m guessing there was, but if not, wouldn’t that raise red flags? Even with a plan, flying solo over such a long distance seems risky. I’m surprised there isn't more info on the weather conditions or potential stops he might have planned along the way. Any pilots out there who could shed some light on how unusual this might be? Could the lack of communication be attributed to a technical failure or deliberate choice? Would love to get some thoughts!
