I’ve been digging into the details surrounding Katherine Kelly Quinones and one aspect that really struck me was how brave and relentless the investigators were in bringing justice for her and the other victims. It’s apparent that despite the challenges, they never gave up on connecting the dots—even when it must have seemed like an impossible task.
From what I’ve read, the sheer persistence by law enforcement was crucial in taking down Roger Reece Kibbe.
