Hey everyone, I’ve been going through some old case files and stumbled upon the George Velez and Christian Maldonado disappearance from 2002. One detail that struck me was the discovery of their blue 1992 Toyota in a Philadelphia junkyard. I can’t help but wonder about the timeline. How soon after they went missing was the car discovered there? And why a junkyard of all places? It's such an odd location unless someone was trying to hide it in plain sight. There’s got to be someone out there who knows something about how that car ended up abandoned. It might be a long shot, but has anyone heard of any similar cases around that time where cars were found in junkyards? Or maybe someone working in Philly at the time might recall something unusual?
