I’ve been diving into the details, and I can’t help but keep thinking about the role the Greenwell Apartments played in this tragedy. It chills me to know that Hopewell used his familiarity with the building, thanks to his mother staying there, to navigate this awful path. Makes you wonder if there were signs that got overlooked by neighbors or the facility. How do we even begin addressing security and awareness in such places to prevent something similar from happening again? Thoughts and prayers go out to Sarah’s family. It's just unfair that trust in a safe community was violated this way.
