Does anyone else find it strange how Vernon Lester Larkin's Mustang was found so far from his apartment? I mean, 156 7th St. NE in Atlanta is not exactly around the corner from where he lived. It's like whoever stole it wanted to ditch it in a high-traffic area where it would blend in. I'm curious if anyone who lived or worked around that area back in '88 remembers seeing something unusual. Maybe someone saw the car being abandoned or noticed people acting suspiciously near it? It seems like such a crucial piece of the puzzle might be in the memories of someone who was just going about their day at the time. I really hope we can find justice for Vernon and bring some peace to his family. If you're reading this and might have seen something back then—even if it seems insignificant—please think about reaching out to the authorities. Every little bit could help.

I’ve been following Vernon Larkin’s case on and off, and something that always strikes me is the recovery of his car. His Mustang was found in such a different location from where he lived. It was abandoned in a part of Atlanta that seems quite far from his apartment. I can’t help but wonder if there might have been someone familiar with the area involved, or if it was just left there randomly. It just feels like such a crucial piece of the puzzle that’s missing. Also, the fact it was found more than 10 days later makes me think it was parked there for a reason. Sending strength to his family as they continue to seek answers. If anyone has more insights about the area where his car was found back then, it might shed some light on things.
