I can't stop thinking about the chilling discovery of Marie Vogel and her children's bodies in their Whittier home. The fact that they were buried in the cellar is absolutely haunting. I can't imagine the shock and pain their family and community must have felt once the awful truth came to light. It's tragic how someone they trusted, someone supposed to be a partner and father figure, could commit such a heinous act. It really makes you question how well we know the people around us. My heart goes out to Marie and the innocent children who lost their lives in such a terrifying way. This case reminds us of the dark side of human nature, and it's crucial to remember and honor the victims in these discussions.
