Has anyone else heard about the Douglas Dayton case? I find it really bizarre that despite all this time, there's still no major progress. I wonder about the state of his car when they found it at the campground. Were there any signs of a struggle, or was everything just eerily calm? Also, the fact that his keys and wallet were left behind makes me question if he left voluntarily or not. Maybe he went on a hike and got lost? There's just so many possibilities. If anyone has local insights about the area or remembers anything from back in 2004, it could help shed some light. Keeping fingers crossed for some answers soon.

Hey everyone, I've been following Douglas Dayton's case for a while, and something that's been bugging me is the location where his car was found. Does anyone know if the campground in Deep Gap has any history of other odd activities or incidents? It seems unusual that such a sizable man like Douglas would just vanish without a trace from a relatively open area. Maybe there were other reports around that time that might give us some clues? Could it just be a coincidence, or is there something more sinister about that particular spot that we don’t know about yet? Would love to hear if anyone has any local insight or theories!
