Has anyone else been struck by the bizarre detail of Terry Lee Hankins trying to mask the odor of his father's decomposing body with air fresheners? It's just so chilling and makes you wonder about his state of mind during all this. It's devastating to think about what Pearl “Sissy” Stevenstar and her family must have gone through, not just because of the unimaginable violence but because of the coldness and calculation behind these acts. The whole situation is deeply unsettling, and it's hard to wrap my head around how someone could commit such atrocities. My heart goes out to everyone affected by this horrible series of events. Would love to hear others' thoughts on this disturbing detail.

I can't stop thinking about the car where Pearl’s body was found. The fact that someone could hide their own family member in such a horrifying manner is beyond comprehension. It really makes you wonder what was going through Hankins' mind when he decided to place her remains in that ice chest. How could nobody at the auto repair shop have noticed something was off? I can’t imagine the pain her family felt upon discovering the truth. And to think she was carrying a child - it's hard to fathom the depths of betrayal she must have felt. My heart goes out to Pearl’s friends and family. I hope they found some solace knowing justice was served, even if it's never enough to bring her back.
