I've been thinking a lot about Julianne Helton's case, especially in light of how it was eventually solved. What really strikes me is how far forensic science has come since 1984. The Brain Fingerprinting test used on James Grinder was crucial in finally getting justice for Julianne and the other victims. It's both chilling and fascinating how this technology unlocked information that had long eluded investigators. Dr. Lawrence Farwell's work essentially gave a voice to what Julianne experienced, something traditional methods couldn't manage alone. My heart goes out to her family and friends who waited so long for answers. It’s a stark reminder of the power of perseverance and how science can bring closure to even the most haunting of mysteries.
