I’ve been thinking a lot about the impact Daniel Horkheimer had on our community. It’s been years since he was taken from us, but his spirit of generosity and kindness continues to inspire so many of us here. I didn't know Daniel personally, but his efforts in revitalizing our neighborhood spoke volumes about the type of person he was. It’s beyond sad that someone so committed to positive change was taken so brutally. Every time I walk past the projects he was working on, I can’t help but feel his absence. It makes you wonder about the kind of person capable of such harm when all he wanted was to make our community a better place. I sincerely hope that, over time, more individuals will feel compelled to come forward with information. We owe it to Daniel and his family to find answers and see justice served. His loss was felt deeply, and we must continue to support efforts to resolve this case. Sending thoughts of strength to Courtney and all who loved Daniel.
