Did anyone else find the way Gaynor confessed after his mother's death to be a wild aspect of this case? It got me thinking about how family dynamics can play such a huge role in people’s decisions, even in such extreme situations. It’s heartbreaking that it took so long for Amy's and Destiny's case to get closer to the truth, but his decision almost feels like it was his final way to honor his mother. It's a sad reminder of how complicated these cases can be and how the web of relationships can stretch far beyond just the victim and perpetrator. My heart goes out to Amy's family; the delay must have been so painful for them. It’s a small relief that this twist maybe offered them some semblance of closure after so many years.
