Hey everyone, I recently came across an interesting detail about the macrame rope used in the case of Stacey Redican and Karen Twiggs. It's something I'd never heard about until now, and it really gives you pause. Apparently, the rope was not a standard variety, which might have been a unique clue at the time of the investigation. Does anyone know if it led to any specific leads back then, or was it more of an after-the-fact detail that solidified the horrific nature of these crimes? It makes you wonder about the kind of planning and depravity required to use such a specific item as a tool in these terrible acts. I can't even imagine the agony the families must have gone through hearing these types of details. It's chilling to think how close-knit communities in the area must have been affected by such unimaginable crimes. If anyone has any further information on how this detail impacted the case, I'd love to learn more about it. Sending all my thoughts to the families of Stacey and Karen. It’s crucial we keep discussing these cases to honor the victims and prevent future tragedies.
