I can't help but feel there's something off about the timeline in Sandra's case. Vivian allegedly took Sandra and her siblings on September 5, but the warrant wasn’t issued until November. That’s a whole two months! What were the authorities doing during that time? I know cases like these can be complicated, especially if there’s belief the kids were taken out of the country, but it feels like precious time was lost. Maybe Vivian had help? Family in Mexico, perhaps? Just thinking out loud, but it’s frustrating when bureaucracy gets in the way of finding missing children.
