It's so unsettling that we still know so little about Robert T. Dunn's last moments. It just breaks my heart to think about how his family must have felt, not having the closure they so desperately needed. I can't even begin to imagine the countless questions his loved ones must have had. I wonder if anyone from Robert’s life is still searching for answers or if any new leads have popped up since Franklin’s conviction. It feels like everyone needs to keep talking about the victims, not just the killers, so they aren't forgotten. Sending love and strength to anyone who's had to grapple with such senseless loss.

Hey everyone, I was digging into the Gary Don Franklin case and came across the story of Robert T. Dunn. What really caught my attention was how little information we actually have about the day he was killed. It’s unsettling to think that Robert was one of many victims, yet the specifics of his death seem to be lost to time. I can’t imagine how hard it must be for his family and friends to not have the closure they deserve after all these years. While Franklin's crimes were horrendous, it’s important for us to remember and seek justice for each individual like Robert, not just focus on the killer himself. If anyone has more information or theories about what might have happened to Robert back in January 1970, please share. His story deserves to be told, and maybe we can piece together more about that tragic chapter. Sending strength to everyone affected.

Has anyone else looked into the timeline of Gary Don Franklin's activities around the time Robert T. Dunn was killed? It's so frustrating how little information we have about Robert's final days. Given that Franklin's spree covered a lot of ground geographically, is it possible that there are witnesses or even survivors who might remember something useful from Louisiana during January 1970? It's a long shot after all these years, but maybe someone out there might recall seeing or hearing something odd back then. I can't imagine how painful the lack of closure must be for Robert's family. Keeping them in my thoughts.
