I’ve been looking into the details surrounding Billy Baulch Jr.'s death, and one aspect that truly baffles me is the letter Billy was forced to write to his parents. It’s haunting to think about what he must have felt in that moment, knowing he had to deceive his family. It breaks my heart to consider the false hope his parents must have felt receiving that letter, thinking their son was safe and working in Madisonville. My thoughts are with Billy’s family and all the families impacted by these horrific crimes. It's shameful how these young boys went missing without anyone connecting the dots sooner. If only there had been more awareness or better communication between departments, maybe things could've been different. How could something this massive go unnoticed for so long?
