Are there facilities implementing tougher background checks for staff and regular visitors? What additional measures could be put in place to prevent a tragedy like Minnie's from happening again? I hope Minnie's family, along with all the others affected, find some semblance of peace through this legal process. No family should ever have to endure this kind of pain.
