It's been many years since Julie Brown's tragic death, and yet, the pain her family must still feel is unimaginable. One thing that really stands out to me about this case is the unusual profile of the suspect, particularly his potential condition of acromegaly. This condition, leading to the abnormal growth of hands and feet, seems like it would be rare enough to narrow down the suspect pool. Was there ever a comprehensive investigation into local clinics or hospitals for individuals with these symptoms? It seems like a missed opportunity if this wasn't thoroughly explored. I hope someday Julie's family can find peace and the justice they so rightly deserve. My thoughts go out to all those touched by this horrifying series of events.
