Hey everyone, I recently dug into the tragic case of Stella Gonzales and something's been on my mind—how did the community around Tingley Beach react back in 1988? I can’t imagine the fear that must have swept through the neighborhood, knowing such a horrific crime happened so close to home. With the area being popular for family outings and gatherings, it's disturbing to think that something so vile happened there. Did the local community take measures to change how safe people felt back then? I hope the families involved can find even a little peace now that justice has been served. Respect and condolences to all who knew Stella and the other victims. Sending strength to them.

It's devastating to think about what Stella's family has gone through all these years, not knowing who took their loved one from them. I keep thinking about the location where it happened near Tingley Beach. It was supposed to be just another day with friends, but her life was cut so tragically short. I wonder how such a public place didn't provide any immediate leads back then. It must have been incredibly difficult for investigators working with limited clues. I'm glad they finally got a confession, but my heart aches for Stella's family and the constant pain they endured waiting for answers. I hope now, knowing who is responsible, it can somehow bring them a sense of peace. It's a chilling reminder of how vital advancements in law enforcement can be, and I hope these families find some solace in the fact that Apodaca is finally behind bars.
