Hey everyone,
I came across some information about Cortez Harper's case, and it got me thinking about the broader issues with unsolved cases in St. Louis. It’s really distressing to see how many families are left without answers, while the cycle of violence continues. Cortez, known affectionately as "Kitty Cot" and "Tez," was evidently a beacon of joy to his friends and family, and it’s so painful to think about the void his absence has left.
One thing I’ve been pondering—why is it that community trust in law enforcement seems so frayed? I read that local police are urging folks to come forward with any info, but there seems to be a gap between those calls and actual tips being submitted. It makes me wonder if there are deeper issues at play that need addressing, like improving police-community relations or perhaps implementing more supportive systems for witnesses and informants.
Does anyone know if there have been any recent community efforts aimed at bridging these divides? Or maybe initiatives that raise awareness about the importance of sharing information with authorities? I truly hope there’s a path to justice for Cortez and peace for his family.
