I’ve been following Gordon and Beverly Brehm’s case and have always found it odd how long it took for anyone to notice they were missing. I’m curious if anyone else thinks it’s strange that the neighbors apparently didn’t see or hear anything suspicious, especially since Gordon moved in with Beverly and her ex-husband. I understand they were estranged from family, but wouldn’t you think someone living nearby might’ve picked up on something unusual? It's like they vanished into thin air without a trace. If anyone has any insights or theories about the neighborhood dynamics at the time, I'd love to hear them. It feels like there might be a missing piece we aren’t seeing.
I’ve been following the Brehm case closely and something that puzzles me is the role of James MacTavish in all of this. I know the guy took his life in 2013, but I keep thinking about the timing of the whole situation. It’s strange that Gordon and Beverly were living with him, especially after a divorce, and then they just vanished? Did anyone ever dig into his background to see if there were any reports of domestic issues or anything sketchy around the time of their disappearance? I wonder if there was anything in his life, maybe personal or financial troubles, that might be connected to their disappearance. It really makes me curious if any neighbors or friends noticed something off during that time—or maybe they were just as estranged from everyone as they were with family. Would love to hear if anyone has more insight or theories about this angle.
