I was just reading about Bassam I. Saah's tragic murder, and something that really struck me was the description of the suspect seen fleeing the scene. It’s been so many years, and yet that brief description hasn’t led to any significant leads. It’s frustrating and sad to think about the potential witnesses from that time who maybe saw something else but didn’t come forward. Houston was a busy place back in the '80s, especially around the holidays. Someone else must have seen something. It's a long shot, but if anyone recalls anything from that evening, no matter how small, it could make a world of difference to Bassam's family who have been waiting decades for answers. My heart goes out to them, especially during the holidays, which must be an incredibly difficult period for them every year. Let’s keep talking about Bassam’s case so it doesn’t fade from memory.
