Does anyone else find it puzzling that despite the composite sketch and witness descriptions, there have been no solid leads or arrests in Amy Vess's case? It seems like with such a specific description of the suspect, someone might have recognized him, even after all these years. My thoughts go out to Amy's family and friends who are still waiting for answers. I hope that the advancements in forensic technology might finally bring them some peace. It's frustrating to see so many similar cases with potential connections, but no clear resolution. If anyone has thoughts or theories about why the investigation has stalled, I'd love to hear them. Maybe together we can shine a light on some overlooked details.

Does anyone else think the robbery motive in Amy Vess's case just doesn't add up? The fact that the killer took only around $200 seems puzzling to me. If robbery was the primary motive, why target a small dance apparel store with such a minimal cash flow? It feels like there might be a deeper reason behind why this specific store and Amy were targeted. Maybe the assailant thought it was an easy target since she was alone, or maybe he was just after the thrill. My heart goes out to Amy’s family who never got the answers they deserved. It's unsettling how similar this crime is to those attributed to the I-70 Killer, yet the gun was different, and we’re left wondering if it’s the same person or a copycat. With cases like Mary Ann Glasscock’s and Vicki Webb’s sharing similar traits, there's definitely something eerily connected here, whether it’s the same perpetrator or a disturbing trend of crimes. Hoping that with the advancements in forensic technology, new leads will someday emerge, and justice can be served for Amy and the other victims.
