Has anyone else thought about the profound impact that Officer Christopher Kevin James' death might have had on his family, particularly his young daughter? Losing a parent, especially in such a sudden and tragic way, must have been incredibly difficult for her growing up. I can’t imagine the strength she and his wife had to muster to face each day after such an unimaginable loss. Officer James was serving both in his job and his extra security role to protect others, and my heart goes out to his family who had to endure the devastating aftershocks of that night. It’s instances like these that truly highlight the risks undertaken by our officers every single day. Sending comforting thoughts to his family and the entire Dallas community who were undoubtedly affected by this tragedy.
