I’ve been following Ahmed J. Johnson’s case, and it’s so disheartening to see another family left with unanswered questions. What's really standing out to me is the broader issue of witness reluctance in Kansas City around that time. I can't help but wonder if there are folks out there with vital information who are just too scared to come forward. It must be incredibly tough for his family not only to deal with the loss of their loved one but also to grapple with the uncertainty of not knowing what truly happened. In communities grappling with ongoing violence, building trust and ensuring people feel safe to speak up is crucial. If anyone else has thoughts or ideas on how these barriers might be overcome, I’d love to hear them. Sending strength to Ahmed's family and all those affected.
