Hi everyone, I've been following the 2004 case of Christina Massey's murder in Burleson County, and I keep thinking about the children who were asleep inside the house when it happened. My heart goes out to them as they must have woken up to a completely shattered world, having lost their mother and their father being taken away. I was wondering if anyone knows how the kids are doing now, almost two decades later. Have they spoken publicly about their experience, or does anyone know if they had support from family or counseling services after the tragedy? Cases like these really highlight how the ripple effects of violence impact the most innocent lives. If anyone has resources or news on how the kids are faring today, I'd be grateful to learn more.
