I came across the tragic case of Daniela Mendiola and my heart goes out to her family, especially her mom who had to witness such a devastating event. I can't imagine the level of trauma someone must experience witnessing something like this. Has anyone here ever heard of support resources available for families in these situations? It seems like they would need a lot of support to cope with something so traumatic. I hope Daniela's family has been able to find some form of peace and healing over the years. It's unbelievably sad how things escalated so quickly. If anyone has suggestions on how communities can better support families who endure tragedies like this, I'd love to hear them.
