I’ve been thinking a lot about the tragic loss of Kristi and Darren Moore. It's such a shock to the Amarillo community, especially for those who knew Kristi through her work as a school counselor. People have been discussing possible behavioral signs or red flags that may have been missed. It breaks my heart to realize how often we underestimate the emotional struggles someone might be facing. I feel for the family members who were supposed to meet them for dinner. It must be so hard to consider the "what ifs" and wonder if anything could have been done differently. It’s a reminder of how essential it is to stay connected with friends and family, especially when things seem out of the ordinary. Sending love and strength to those grieving. Remember, it's okay to reach out for help if you’re struggling to process something like this. No one should have to face these feelings alone.
