Hi everyone,
I've been diving into the case of Ronnie Cobb and something caught my attention that I haven't seen discussed much. Has anyone else considered the possibility that the river conditions might have swept him further downstream than the search areas covered? I mean, with the fluctuating water levels and all, it seems plausible that he could have been carried much farther than initially thought.
I was reading about how tricky those river dynamics can be, especially during that time of year around Tennessee. It gets me thinking if there are potentially overlooked areas that might not have been part of the original search grid. Maybe there's a local or someone with knowledge of the Forked Deer River's quirks who could shed light on this possibility? It's just frustrating to think that such a factor might have played a huge role in the search efforts missing something.
Just throwing this idea out there. Maybe it sparks a lead or reassessment from another angle.
