Hey everyone, I’ve been following Gregory Thomas's case, and I can’t stop thinking about what this must be like for his loved ones. I just read that his murder is still unsolved, and it’s been over a decade! It feels so unjust that Gregory’s family is left in this limbo without answers. I wonder if anyone here has thoughts on the role of community engagement in solving such cold cases. It’s scary how often people in these neighborhoods may witness something but feel too intimidated to come forward. Does anyone know if there have been any recent movements or initiatives in St. Louis to encourage people to speak up, or maybe programs that protect witnesses who decide to come forward? It breaks my heart just thinking how many similar cases are out there, and how every piece of information could be crucial. Hoping there’s a way to support communities to help these families find some peace.

I’ve been following Gregory Thomas's case for a while now, and I recently read about the efforts his family and friends have been putting into keeping his memory alive. They’ve been holding vigils and community events in his honor, hoping to bring more attention to the case and maybe even encourage someone to come forward with new information. It’s truly inspiring to see a community rally together, especially when the justice system hasn’t provided the answers they desperately need. For anyone who's attended these events or knows someone who has, can you share what the atmosphere is like? It’s so important to keep Gregory’s story alive, and I think these gatherings might play a key role in keeping the pressure on finding out what really happened to him that tragic evening. My heart goes out to all who loved him—they deserve answers.
