I've been thinking about what must have gone on inside that nightclub before everything spiraled out of control. It's so deeply saddening to imagine a night that should have been for fun and dancing ending in such tragedy. Having read some reports, it seems like the club didn't have enough security to manage the crowd, especially considering the history of gang activity in that area. It makes you wonder about the measures that should be in place to prevent these kinds of things from happening. My heart goes out to Terrance Carroll's family and friends who lost someone so young and vibrant. No one should have to worry about their safety when they're just out trying to enjoy their night.
