Did anyone else follow the news about the vigil they held for Jalen Juwan White? I read that the community gathered to light candles and remember him. It’s so moving to see how much he touched the people around him, even at such a young age. It's incredibly tragic to see how lives can be changed in an instant due to violence. The support from the Marshall community speaks volumes about the kind of person Jalen must have been, surrounded by love and compassion. I hope that sharing memories of him brings some comfort to his family and friends during these difficult times. If anyone has updates or wants to share more positive stories about Jalen, I’d love to hear them – keeping his memory alive is so important.
