Has anyone else been following the developments, or rather, the lack thereof, in Sgt. Triston Johnson's case? It's been so long, and it's deeply saddening to think that his family and friends are still waiting for answers. Why aren't there any leads or suspects even now? With Sgt. Johnson being such a dedicated and highly decorated soldier, you’d think someone would step forward - his fellow soldiers, residents in the area, anyone who might have noticed something on that fateful day.
I'm wondering if there are certain challenges investigators face when looking into cases on military bases like Fort Hood. Given the high-profile nature and the closed environment, is there a possibility they're missing out on outside expertise that would have been beneficial? Sgt. Johnson deserved so much more than to have his death engulfed in uncertainty. My heart goes out to his loved ones through this painful wait for justice.
