Has anyone looked into the surveillance footage from local businesses in the Chinatown area around the time Bryant Perry was killed? I'm curious if there were any cameras that might have captured something useful, especially given that it was in a populated district. It’s frustrating to think that his family is still waiting for answers after all these years. Even the smallest detail can be a turning point in cases like these. My heart goes out to everyone who knew Bryant, and I truly hope they find some peace and justice soon.
Hey everyone, I've been following the case of Bryant Perry's tragic murder back in 2012, and something that's really been on my mind is how this incident was part of such a violent weekend in Oakland. It's truly concerning that there were multiple homicides within just a few days around that time. I can't even imagine how terrifying it must have been for the community.
Do you all think this spike was more about specific issues in Chinatown, or was it reflective of the larger problems Oakland was facing then? It’s just so hard to see this case and others go unsolved, knowing his family and friends are still searching for answers and justice. Would love to hear any insights or thoughts from locals or anyone familiar with the situation back then. Stay safe out there.
