Just heard about the tragic case of Mitchell Shelton Jr., and it's truly difficult to grasp how something like this can happen. I was reading up on the incident and got to thinking about the role the investigators played. Huge respect to Sergeant C. Hassig and Officer T. Ferguson from the Houston Police Department's Homicide Division for their work on this case. It must be incredibly demanding both physically and emotionally to piece together what happened and ensure that justice is served. Their efforts are vital for providing answers to the family and friends who are undoubtedly struggling with the loss of Mitchell. It just goes to show the importance of skilled and dedicated law enforcement officers in such difficult situations. If his loved ones happen to read this, my thoughts are with you during this incredibly trying time.
