Has anyone else been following the Elizabeth Jacquot case? It's just so terribly sad. I was thinking about how crucial timing is in these kinds of situations. A neighbor mentioned that Elizabeth seemed on edge and scared before the tragedy happened, which makes me wonder what kind of threats or fears she was living with daily. It's chilling to think that something may have been escalating under the surface for a while, yet she might have felt trapped or unsure about seeking help. I can't help but wonder how different things might have turned out if there had been early intervention or if someone had been able to reach out to her directly. It’s crucial for us to keep an eye on our neighbors and even the smallest signs that something might be wrong. It's a call to action for all of us to be more vigilant and proactive in potentially dangerous situations. My heart goes out to Elizabeth’s family and friends who are undoubtedly going through an incredibly difficult time.
