Does anyone else find it puzzling how Arthur Whitley turned himself in so quickly after the shooting? It almost feels like there's more to this than what's been presented in court. Was there a moment of regret or was it something else entirely? This whole situation must be incredibly difficult for the Whitley family, losing someone they love and seeing another family member responsible for it. I can't even begin to imagine the kinds of emotions they're navigating right now. From a legal perspective, I wonder if his decision to turn himself in impacted the sentencing in any way, even with his criminal record. What do you all think?
