Just came across the story of Anthony Armstead and felt compelled to share my thoughts. It's clear he had a profound impact on those around him, especially given how his community remembered and celebrated his life. I think it's really telling that the Greater Rising Star Baptist Church was packed for his service. It says a lot about the person he was—a core part of his community. It must be incredibly tough for Jimesia and their kids. Six kids growing up without their dad is unimaginably difficult. I hope they have a solid support system to lean on during such a challenging time. Anthony's story serves as a powerful reminder of how important it is to cherish those around us. Hoping his loved ones find peace and comfort in the memories they shared with him.
