Hi everyone, I keep thinking about Blanca Rivera's friends and neighbors who came together to honor her memory. That kind of community support means so much in times of unimaginable loss. It seems like Blanca was truly loved by those around her, and it's touching to see people uniting in her honor. Does anyone know if there were any lasting initiatives or community projects in El Paso focused on domestic violence awareness after this tragedy?
