I came across William Edward Legrand's case, and what's puzzling me is his decision to leave the hospital on foot. Given his condition and height, you'd think it would have been challenging for him to just vanish without a trace. I've read about similar cases where individuals with severe health conditions somehow disappear, but it makes me wonder if there was any surveillance footage from around the hospital that might shed light on which direction he went. If anyone has come across updates about potential sightings or new angles from which investigators are approaching this case, I'd be curious to hear more. Maybe there's something we're all overlooking?

I've been revisiting the William Edward Legrand case and I can't get over how someone of his height, 6'7", managed to vanish without a trace. It's so perplexing. You'd think someone that tall would be spotted easily. Plus, leaving a hospital setting where staff see you daily—it’s as if he just vanished into thin air. It's been over a decade and not a single credible lead, no sightings, nothing. Did he plan his disappearance knowing his time was limited, or was he confused due to his medical condition? Such a puzzling case. Anyone have thoughts on why there haven’t been any significant sightings, given his distinct height and appearance?
