Hey everyone, I've been thinking a lot about how the community rallied together after Brennan Weikel’s tragic passing. It’s truly touching to see how many lives he touched in such a short time. I'm particularly struck by how the high school organized that memorial football game in his honor. Even though I didn't know Brennan personally, watching the tribute game gave a real sense of how special he must have been to earn such respect and love from his teammates and peers. Does anyone else remember how the team wore those special jerseys with his number? It was a powerful reminder of how sports often bring people together, not just in celebration, but also in times of mourning. My heart goes out to his family for their immense loss. I can't even imagine what they're going through, but I hope they find some comfort in knowing Brennan’s memory will forever be a part of the community.
