I was reviewing Jacqlin Gladys Nelson’s case and something that stands out to me is the odd timing of her being reported missing. It seems strange that it took until January 2013 for someone to officially report her disappearance, considering she was last seen in November 2012. Did her family or friends not notice she was gone? Or were they maybe led to believe she was somewhere safe? It's puzzling to think about why there was such a delay, especially since time is so crucial in these cases. Curious if anyone else has thoughts on why this might have happened and how it could have impacted the investigation.
