I recently came across Lamar Howell's case from 2011, and it's really concerning how many unsolved cases there still are from that time. Thinking about his family and friends and what they must have gone through all these years is just awful. It's truly frustrating that the systemic issues in St. Louis make it so difficult to see justice served. The community efforts like Crime Stoppers are great, but it feels like there needs to be more structural change to prevent these kinds of tragedies from happening in the first place. Does anyone here know if there have been any improvements in how cases are handled by the St. Louis police in recent years? I really hope they're able to solve some of these older cases and bring some closure to the families involved.
