Death by Force

Lamar Howell, a 41-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on the evening of May 23, 2011, in St. Louis, Missouri. The incident occurred on the 3100 block of Arsenal Street, just a short distance west of Gravois Avenue. Howell, who resided in the same area, was found in the street after suffering multiple gunshot wounds to the chest. Emergency responders transported him to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
