Has anyone else noticed how often these late-night shootings happen near bus stops? It's really concerning, especially thinking about how this might impact the safety of those who rely on public transit. Manuel Rios was just on his way to work, doing what we all do—trying to take care of his responsibilities. It’s so saddening to think of his son hearing those gunshots and not knowing what had happened right outside his window. I can’t help but think that someone must have seen or heard something that can help move this investigation forward. Maybe they’re scared to come forward or thinking it won't matter, but every little bit counts. Sometimes the smallest detail might be the missing piece. It makes you wish you could do more to help Rios’ family find the answers they deserve. Let’s hope someone finds the courage to speak up.
