Hey everyone, I've been following Rogelio Martinez Bolanos' case for a while now and something that's been on my mind is the timeline of the events. February 1, 2013, was the last confirmed sighting of Rogelio, but then it took almost a full month for the two bodies to be recovered. I can't help but wonder about the identification process for these cases at the border. Does anyone know how often these types of recovery operations are conducted, or if there's any protocol about the timeframe for identifying bodies found in that area? It seems like a painfully long wait, especially with families clinging to hope for any news.
