Did anyone notice if there were any security cameras in the area around 38th and Wayne or Flora back in 2011? It's such a busy neighborhood, I would think some businesses or homes might have had cameras set up. Even older footage could sometimes offer a clue, and we know that every little bit of information can be valuable. It's tragic thinking about Jerry's family still searching for answers after all these years. If anyone has tips on where older footage might be or knows how to access such data, maybe that could be a way to help police connect the dots and finally bring some closure to this case. Keep sharing and let's hope the community can come together to find justice for Jerry.
I’ve been following Jerry Johnson's case for a while, and I just can’t imagine what his family has been through over the years. One detail that often gets overlooked is the area where it all happened. I grew up not too far from 38th and Flora, and though it’s been years, I remember it as a lively neighborhood with so many kids playing outside and families who all knew each other.
It makes me wonder about the community back then—did anyone see anything? Hear anything? It can be so difficult when people are afraid to come forward, whether it’s out of fear or distrust. For Jerry’s family and friends, the silence must be unbearably tough. I hope that somehow, someone will find the courage to share what they know, even anonymously, so there can be some closure. No family should have to wait this long for answers. If anyone has more info on what the area was like around that time or any small detail, it might help piece together what happened to Jerry.
Has anyone else been looking into the area around 38th and Wayne at the time of Jerry Johnson's murder? It seems like such a busy area, with homes and businesses clustered together. It's hard to believe no one saw or heard anything that could help piece this tragedy together. I can't imagine the frustration and pain that his family must still endure, with questions unanswered for so long.
I hope that someone, somewhere, might recall a small detail from that day that could be useful. Even the smallest piece of information could help bring some clarity and a sense of closure to those who cared about Jerry. It's a strong reminder of how important it is for communities to come together and support efforts to find justice. Please, if you were in the area or remember something, reach out, even if it feels insignificant. It could make all the difference.
