I can’t stop thinking about the Fantasy Island shooting and what might have triggered such a chaotic scene. It’s chilling to imagine being in that club and witnessing everything unfold. While I never knew Donnie Gibbs personally, I feel for his family having to process this senseless loss. It got me wondering about the role security played at the club. Were there enough measures in place to prevent weapons from being brought in, or did they just get overwhelmed with the sheer volume of people? I hope investigators figure this out because the safety of those just looking to enjoy a night out shouldn’t be compromised. My heart goes out to Donnie’s loved ones who must be grappling with so many questions right now.
