It's been over six years since Ricardo's tragic passing, yet every time I drive by Calaveras Lake, I can't help but think of him and the promising life that was stolen. I didn’t know Ricardo personally, but the sense of loss is palpable in our community. It's incredibly frustrating that no arrests have been made despite what seems like clear tension between Ricardo and the ex-girlfriend's new boyfriend shortly before his death.
I want to believe that someone out there has the missing piece of the puzzle that could finally give Rose and her family the answers they need. They've been incredibly strong, and it’s truly inspiring to see how they've rallied the community to keep the case alive.
